• Control and marketing purposes,
• Financial supervision over the execution of the agreement, payment of liabilities and debt collection,
• Handling and examining complaints,
• Handling court proceedings,
• Correspondence - providing answers to questions of authorised authorities and entities,
• Drawing up contracts, concluding contract, executing a concluded contract or order,
• Drawing up, issuing and recording powers of attorney,
• Reporting services,
• Executing audit and control measures,
• Representing the Company in out-of-court proceedings, consultations and issuing legal opinions,
• Asserting rights to a given facility,
• Verifying and ensuring necessary rights and qualifications required by the law,
• Verifying a business partner's status as part of due diligence,
• Verifying the identity of the person collecting the order,
• Verifying purchase and tender requests,
• Placing bid bond in tender proceedings,
• Managing the rights and access to ICT systems and premises,

Pursuant to Article 6 of GDPR (EU):

 

• The processing is necessary for the execution of the agreement to which the data subject is a party or for the undertaking of measures at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the agreement.
• The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
• The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.

5. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable law, and the planned period of retention will be 1 to 10 years accordingly. The planned end date of personal data processing may be extended by the time of handling claims between the parties to the agreement.

 

6. You have the right to access the contents of your data, and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without any impact on the legal compliance of processing performed on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal (if the processing is performed on the basis of a consent).

 

7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the proper supervisory authority for the protection of personal data if you deem that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

 

8. The provision of your personal data is required to conclude the agreement. You are obliged to provide such data, and the non-provision of personal data shall lead to the impossibility of achieving compliance with legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject and the impossibility of taking actions necessary to conclude the agreement.
